IV. Product delivery methods
IV.1. Product delivery will be made by express courier (chosen during the order placement process), as follows:
IV.2. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur after the package has been handed over to the courier company, but we are at your disposal with information regarding the status of the package delivery, as well as sending a message to the courier company to expedite the delivery.
IV.3. The maximum delivery time for packages is 21 business days (depending on the country of destination), from the moment you received confirmation of the order shipment, to your e-mail address, and orders placed during Saturdays and Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the first following business day.
IV.4. The order is shipped to the address indicated by you in the order. You are fully responsible for all import taxes related to the package that is the purpose of your order (VAT, customs duties, carrier commission with customs representation, etc.)
IV.5. Upon receipt of the package, please check the integrity of the packaging, as well as the tax invoice.
1.8. Products on the website www.brotorheads.com/shop/ may have several statuses, depending on the availability of the product, which we have listed below:
1.8.1. Available in Store - the product is in the Store's stock and can be shipped within one business day, if the order contains only products with this status;
1.8.2. Available - the product is in the warehouse or local supplier's stock and can be shipped by courier within a minimum of 2 business days from placing the order. In some cases, products marked this way can be shipped within a maximum of 3 business days;
1.8.3. On order (7 days) - the product is in the suppliers' stock and is only brought upon order. It takes a minimum of 2 business days, a maximum of 7 business days to ship an order containing at least one such product;
1.8.4. On order (30 days) - the product is in stock with external suppliers and is only delivered on order. It takes a minimum of 10 working days, a maximum of 30 working days to ship an order containing at least one such product. We recommend contacting by phone, whatsapp chat, or e-mail, before placing an order.
1.9. Orders containing products with multiple statuses will be shipped once all products have arrived in the Store and we can group them in full. Brotorheads does not deliver products in installments, except when the Customer requests this in writing, and undertakes to cover the additional costs generated by carriers.
1.10. The maximum value of Brotorheads' obligations to any customer in the event of non-delivery or improper delivery is the amount of the amounts collected by Brotorheads from this customer.
